Instead, Tull performed from 20:00 to 22:20, with an interval. Ian introduced the interval by saying the first set had been by the support band, and that "after a 20 minute break Jethro Tull will be here to entertain you".

Technical problems (radio interference?) caused a 5-10 -min delay before 'Thick As A Brick'. Ian was annoyed by heckling audience members, and the concert was abbreviated – there was no band intro and 'Aqualung' was not played. Not known whether this was the result of further technical problems or a deliberate decision.
