The previous band, WAR, may have over-run their hour, and weather delayed start times generally; Tull began their set 20 mins late, possibly with a curfew. This, plus microphone problems during the first three songs, kept Ian's banter to a minimum.
Also appearing: Joan Jett, Butch Walker, Rubyhorse, Counting Crows, Adema, et al.

Keyboard problems beginning during 'Aqualung' meant that the encore was 'LocoBreath' alone (no balloons), omitting the intro. 'Cheerio' was on tape. The balloons were thrown to the audience, but by the road crew, as the audience were already leaving.

Unsure of the position of 'Bourée' in the running order.

Due to technical difficulties with Ian's mic stand throughout the show, part of Budapest and all of Aqualung were played without acoustic guitar. No encore; three balloons were again thrown out by the road crew.
