Sun Street Café is the building with the arches, on the immediate right.
On the left, there's a terrace, then a gap (by the car), then the Sun Inn, the second-largest coaching inn in Lancaster in the mid-18th Century. Immediately beyond that, Church Street crosses left to right. The street straight ahead is New Road, leading to the bus station.
