This farm near Northop crossroads caught my eye due to the architectural juxtaposition of a particularly narrow, upright house and especially wide, sprawling outhouses. I've since discovered that this was probably deliberate, reflecting the 19th Century fashion for 'model' farms. The whole complex was dismantled and moved from its original location across the road in 1906, following subsidence damage.
