Highfield Hall is the Georgian building at the end of the drive, whilst Northop Hall is the nearest village, about a kilometre away, named after a different manor house.
I vaguely remember this still being a private home in the seventies, but now it's a three-star hotel and restaurant. Being so close to home, it was too local to actually visit; I think I only ate there once.
