Identifying the species via the web, I read that dead Triggerfish are frequently washed up on the North Cornish coast at this time of year, so this probably isn't a fisherman's discarded catch. One could speculate that the deaths are a result of a seasonal drop in sea temperature, or perhaps storminess. |
