Carnedd Moel Siabod from Crimea Pass, near Ffestiniog, Gwynedd, UK, 11 August, 2007
At 385 m asl, the head of the pass (yes, named after the war) offers an excellent view across the south-eastern side of Siabod, itself reaching 872 m asl.
'Moel Siabod' translates as 'barren hill'. I wonder why. |
