This striking feature amongst the outbuildings of the Victorian mansion seems to be a combined clock tower and dovecote, though I'd question whether that's optimal for either purpose.
Winmarleigh Hall and its 20 ha of grounds were bought by the County in 1948, opening as an agricultural college in the following year. Sold again in 1994, it became an ICT and outdoor activities centre.
