On an earlier trip through the village, I was surprised to see the 'Pilling Pig', a restored steam locomotive which can be seen reflected in the window in the background, but 'The Pilling Piglet' is a new arrival (new to me, anyway). It's a small model of a steam train, of course, but I can't work out whether it's a children's play area or the base of a floral display. A similar model inspired the acquisition and restoration of the 'Pig' itself, but I'm pretty sure that this isn't the same one.
