Although it's on the disused 'Little' North Western Railway line from Lancaster to Wennington (later extended to Leeds) which opened in 1849 and closed in 1968, I suspect this is a rail enthusiast's fiction. The signals are of different types, too close together, and I don't see the necessity of a signal box at all on this relatively remote section of track, far from any junctions. |
