Yes, Cumbria. Though Dent is in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and was in the West Riding of Yorkshire until 1974, local government reorganisation in that year moved the county boundary, which now goes around the head of the valley. From a purely administrative point of view, that makes sense, as it's easier for council services to be provided from Sedbergh, ~13 km down the valley, than to send bin lorries over the fells from Hawes or Settle in North Yorkshire.
