Note the brand new section of parapet, where a car was shunted off the bridge by a truck last year. Luckily, the tide was mostly out, so the driver didn't drown, though the car did float some way. I don't think the driver quite understood the seriousness of her situation, as she apparently refused to get out without her bags.
