This window is over the main entrance to School House, the part of the school across the road from the New Building, seen in the previous image. That name implies that School House is older, but the jumble of architectural details looks Victorian, so if I'm right, it's not much older. I'm only guessing, but it seems credible that School House was purpose-built in 1852, when the boys' school (founded before 1235) moved from Castle Hill to the site of the old workhouse on East Road.
