The Howgill Fells from near Firbank Fell, itself near Sedbergh, Cumbria, UK, 27 August, 2006
The sunlit small peaks on the ridge are Brown Moor (not so small at 412 m asl) and Castley Knotts.
Fell Head, as seen in an earlier image, is on the left, with Bush Howe directly behind Brown Moor. That high ridge continues with White Fell Head, behind Castley Knotts, and The Calf (the highest of the Howgill Fells at 676 m) on the right. |
