That's 'Hutton Roof', the hamlet, not 'Hutton Roof Crags' – that's a separate trip.
The narrow valley opposite is the entrance to Barbondale; I presume that's Barbon Manor in the coniferous wood. That ridge bears round to the left in ascending to 609 m asl at Calf Top. Barbon Low Fell is on the right.
