I've yet to memorise the profiles of the Lakeland Fells, but I'm almost certain the sunlit ridges are the Fairfield/Helvellyn complex; I can't be more specific.
The north side of the Lune Valley is in the extreme foreground (the valley floor is just out of view). The wall at the top of that ridge borders my usual route from Gressingham to Halton, from which I've taken several photos. For example, this photo was taken from the gateway at the highest visible point on that road, and shows Caton windfarm i.e. the point from which this photo was taken!
