Continuing from the previous image, the highest point on the far side of the Kent Estuary or inlet of Morecambe Bay (the distinction is ambiguous at the mixing point) is Arnside Knott.
The partly unvegetated hill in the background on the extreme right is Farleton Fell. The other distinct hill, to the left of Arnside Knott, must be Whitbarrow, with the bare White Scar cliff just visible (it's not white). I didn't realise it at the time I took this photo, but I'd pass the foot of that cliff a couple of hours later, about a third of the way into today's ride.
The Howgill Fells are on the horizon.
