The river is the Conder, which flows from moorland between Littledale and Clougha to the coast here. It's not the 'Condor', as even locals misspell it.
The bridge in the background is this one, crossing the Glasson Branch of the Lancaster Canal.
The fishing boat in the tidal gully may be disused.
