This latticework sculpture by Mel Chantrey highlights the main entrance to the Triangle. As the earlier image shows, a matching latticework appendage reaches out out the building's doorway, almost meeting the sculpture.
The angle of this photograph accidentally hides the trunk, but there's a 13.5 m tall silver birch at the centre, specially chosen for its conical shape from a specialist tree nursery in Germany.
