Of course!

Why has no-one ever thought of this before now?

Rotating electrical sockets.  If a bulky plug or transformer is blocking access to the other socket, twist it to a different angle.

This deserves to sell well.

Comments

We had some rotating sockets on a 16-plug adaptor thing, and they barely rotated 10 degrees. It was totally useless, hopefully this is better :)

The manufacturer claims the sockets rotate through 360. Maybe they tried the same ones as yours, and spotted the flaw ;)

I've got a Belkin power strip that has two rotating sockets on it. They only rotate 180 degrees but that's enough to accomodate power blocks and the like.
